First of all, we hope you’re all well, keeping safe and enjoying time at home with your family.
As you can understand, this is an uncertain and frustrating time for us all. We are classed as a non-essential business and therefore all of our stores are closed. We also do not have access to our offices, warehouses, and all staff members are at home. Our staff and customers’ health is priority here.
We would like to take this opportunity to address some frequently asked questions.
Are you still taking orders?
Yes. We have decided to offer never-before-seen discount on our website - 20% off everything. This gives our customers the chance to secure new season goods during lockdown, and deliveries will be arranged as soon as business resumes as normal.
I have ordered online, when will I receive my order?
At the moment, we are facing extraordinary times and can only promise delivery upon re-opening - this being when the government decides.
I placed an order in-store before lockdown, when will I receive my order?
Most orders will be ready for delivery as soon as we re-open. Depending on the status of your order, e.g. made-to-order sofa or Italian furniture, delivery times may vary. However, within a matter of weeks from re-opening all orders should be fulfilled.
