Our Customer Services team works through WhatsApp and Email, as this helps us give you the quickest and most accurate support. Most queries often need photos or extra details, which are easier to share this way. If your situation is a bit more complex and you’d prefer to talk it through, just let us know via WhatsApp or Email and we’ll happily arrange a call if needed.
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please note that our returns and refunds policies differ depending on whether you shop online or in-store.
- Online Orders: Covered by the Consumer Contract Regulations, giving you cancellation rights within 14 days (with some exceptions such as bespoke or used items). Returns must be kept in ‘as new’ condition and returned safely. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days.
- In-Store Orders: Treated as a legally binding contract at the point of purchase. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations are not generally accepted unless we are in breach of contract. Please check measurements, access, and product suitability carefully before ordering.

Keeping up with your order is simple. If you placed your order in-store, your confirmation email will include a ‘Track My Order’ button. This gives you live updates on your order status and estimated lead times. You can also manage your payments online — whether that’s paying off your balance in part, or settling it in full — whenever it suits you.
Shopping with us online is safe and straightforward. All payments are processed through trusted, encrypted payment gateways to keep your details protected at every step. We never store your card information, and you can choose from a range of secure payment methods for extra peace of mind.
